Duke’s, Hellmann’s, or Miracle Whip, mayo has always played an important, and underappreciated, role in Southern kitchens and award-winning restaurants. In this Southern Living Test Kitchen seminar, guests will learn how to make the two-ingredient staple, while exploring the history, influences and some unexpected uses of the South's favorite condiment.
